National Account Sales Director
Icon Protection is seeking a National Account Sales Director to lead growth and strategic alignment with their top retailer, The Home Depot. This role involves developing high-impact sales strategies, managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive sales growth and enhance market position.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between Icon and The Home Depot merchandising and buying teams
Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious growth targets with a strong emphasis on expanding market share
Unlock exponential revenue by proactively identifying untapped opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to ensure consistent revenue delivery
Lead product line reviews (PLRs), new item introductions, and promotional planning
Analyze POS data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring maximum profitability and win-win outcomes that enhance our market position
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas, translating insights into actionable sales strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer satisfaction
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, build brand awareness, and identify new business opportunities

Qualification
Required
Possess 4+ years of relevant sales experience managing large national retail accounts with a demonstrable history of achieving substantial sales growth through new business acquisition and existing account expansion
Proven expertise in launching and selling new products into national accounts, demonstrating a clear understanding of product lifecycle and market adoption strategies
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels using a consultative sales approach
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others
Contribute to the outstanding reputation of the company by always putting the customer first, treating other employees with respect, and conducting business with the highest integrity
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Must reside in the greater Atlanta, GA market

Prior The Home Depot account management experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
