Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and visual aids

Update and maintain client data in CRM systems

Assist with trade execution, account rebalancing, and cash management

Monitor accounts for drift, excess cash, and trading opportunities

Manage post-meeting follow-up and ensure timely completion of action items

Support compliance and operational processes to maintain regulatory standards

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

2+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or trading

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

High degree of integrity and professionalism

Preferred

Familiarity with financial planning concepts preferred

Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain) a plus
