Responsibilities
Own the global sales compensation strategy and roadmap
Translate corporate priorities into incentive levers driving GTM outcomes
Lead the design and deployment of scalable sales compensation plans and recognition programs
Develop new incentive frameworks to enhance sales performance
Serve as an advisor to senior GTM and executive leadership
Drive governance between Salesforce.com and the Performio commission system
Manage high-impact compensation projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of sales compensation experience, including leadership responsibility
Proficient with Salesforce, commission systems (Performio), and BI tools like Tableau
Solid understanding of SaaS GTM models and their financial drivers
Recognized sales compensation subject matter expert with cross-functional experience
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Ability to execute multi-year compensation strategies supporting business goals
Global compensation experience working across regions and time zones
