Responsibilities
Manage a diverse litigation caseload from pre-trial through trial and post-trial proceedings
Work with and oversee litigation paralegals and legal assistants
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments
Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Engage in settlement negotiations and provide thoughtful client counseling
Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters and assist with mentoring when appropriate
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of litigation experience - discovery, hearings, mediations, etc
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team environment
Excellent communication skills and professionalism with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
