Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and financial tracking
Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations
Oversee change orders and related material needs
Lead billing and ensure timely invoicing
Review drawings and specifications
Perform take-offs and evaluate vendor bids
Prepare and submit project estimates
Manage key customer accounts and long-term relationships
Generate ~$1M in new business annually
Conduct jobsite visits, meetings, and progress reviews
Build trust with field staff and site supervisors
Mentor Assistant PMs and PMs
Own project outcomes, financials, and risk
Maintain alignment across internal departments

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred)
5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of LV/MV/HV power distribution
OSHA 10, PMP, and/or PE a plus
Experience with NETA Accredited companies
Willing to travel ~10%
