Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable data warehouse and lakehouse architectures using Snowflake and Databricks

Build and optimize robust data metrics and semantic models aligned with business requirements

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability

Implement comprehensive metadata management, data lineage, and documentation standards

Apply advanced data modeling techniques (dimensional, star/snowflake, fact & dimension modeling)

Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into technical solutions

Build and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau and Amazon QuickSight

Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices across platforms

Support performance tuning, cost optimization, and platform scalability initiatives

Required

Strong experience with Snowflake and Databricks architectures

Expertise in data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques

Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines

Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale datasets

Experience with Tableau and Amazon QuickSight for dashboard development

Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and documentation practices

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with data governance frameworks and data catalog tools

Knowledge of streaming or near-real-time data processing

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for data platforms

Background in enterprise analytics or large-scale data environments
