Responsibilities

Support the analysis of historical data, industry trends, and business projections to aid in labor demand forecasting and identify potential staffing gaps in our call centers
Assist in the maintenance of workforce models, tools, and databases to evaluate workforce capacity, utilization, and productivity
Contribute to workforce gap analysis by identifying areas of overstaffing or understaffing and providing input for appropriate corrective actions
Assist in generating and maintaining workforce metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators related to workforce planning and forecasting
Support the execution of workforce planning initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
Coordinate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to support alignment of hiring strategies with workforce plans and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs

Required

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Basic knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to workforce planning and forecasting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
1-3 years of experience or internships in workforce planning, forecasting, data analysis, or a related role is preferred
Previous experience with NICE software
