Responsibilities

Reviews and analysis of client financial statements

Provides client consulting and strategizing

Acts as the client’s Outsourced Controller, when applicable

Assists sales team in preparing proposals

Onboards new clients

Strives for an advisor relationship in every client interaction, always seeking opportunities to help clients advance their businesses and reach their goals

Be an active participant in business development meetings to build strong relationships and attain new client projects

Be a technical resource, sounding board and example for other members of the Outsourced Business Accounting team. This may require formal and informal group training and individualized coaching

Support the growth and professional development of yourself and your teammates by participating in company sponsored trainings, CPE courses, internal committees, and mentorship opportunities

Be transparent in your decisions, communicate effectively with your team and be a flexible leader to accommodate various management styles
