Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end snow operations, including pre-storm planning and full storm coverage
Develop routes, staffing plans, and operational strategies for snow and salting events
Oversee estimating, scheduling, customer communication, and staff management
Manage and support a statewide team of 100+ seasonal and full-time employees
Ensure all equipment is maintained, repaired, and storm-ready
Operate snow removal equipment as needed during major weather events
Qualification
Required
Prior snow removal management experience is required
Strong background managing large snow removal operations across multiple sites
Knowledge of storm response planning, equipment, and best practices
Ability to work long hours during severe weather
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Must provide references confirming prior snow operations experience
Preferred
Experience with landscaping or seasonal services is a plus
