This role involves providing L2–L3 desktop, Windows, and network support across multiple client locations, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintaining systems in pharmacy environments.

Responsibilities
Provide L2–L3 desktop, Windows and network support across multiple client locations
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues in onsite pharmacy environments
Serve as the primary IT contact for pharmacy staff during onsite visits
Support new site openings, system deployments and office buildouts
Partner closely with the CIO, internal IT team and current project contractors
Travel 1–2 days every two weeks to support U.S.-based locations
Qualification
Required
5 years of L2–L3 IT experience (desktop, Windows and networking)
Local to Dallas, TX with the ability to travel nationally
Strong customer service mindset and comfort working face-to-face with users
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, not required
No PowerShell experience required
