Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning to delivery
Analyze historical financials, QoE, working capital, revenue trends, and key operating metrics
Serve as a primary client-facing contact, engaging directly with senior executives and private equity leaders
Provide clear commentary on financial performance, risks, and value drivers
Guide and mentor engagement teams; support career development and technical growth
Contribute to business development through proposals, pitch participation, and relationship building
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelines
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services
Minimum 3+ years directly focused on financial due diligence or M&A transactions
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and M&A processes
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior executives, PE investors, and C-suite leaders
Strong project management skills with experience running multiple engagements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA strongly preferred
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Preferred
Experience mentoring or leading engagement teams
Prior exposure to government contracting, construction, or technology industries
Experience supporting business development efforts at a firm or practice level
