As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption of solutions by clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating training sessions.

Responsibilities

Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution and training

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and customize solutions to meet their needs

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical teams, to deliver timely and effective solutions

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are proficient in using Vsimple’s platform

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively

Conduct user training and support clients in transitioning to operational use

Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborating with account teams to drive further client engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or ERP systems

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality outcomes

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic client needs. Experience facilitating workshops and presenting solutions to diverse audiences, including executives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
