Growth Manager
Cure is a venture-backed hydration brand based in New York City, offering a premium hydration solution. They are seeking a Growth Manager who will drive efficient, profitable growth across DTC, Amazon, and Retail, managing day-to-day budgeting and performance analytics.

Responsibilities
Execute Cure’s growth strategy across DTC, Amazon, and Retail media (e.g., Instacart, Walmart.com, etc.), managing the day-to-day planning, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across key paid channels
Collaborate with the Director of E-commerce Marketplaces to execute and optimize Amazon ad campaigns, support product launches, manage keyword strategy, and drive visibility and conversion within retail media networks
Work closely with the Creative Director to run a structured creative testing and feedback loop, ensuring performance insights translate into sharper concepts, messaging, and iterations
Partner with the Community Manager to support affiliate and partnership growth, leveraging UGC, whitelisting, and paid collaborations to drive incremental revenue and brand awareness
Work cross-functionally with the Retail, E-commerce, and Brand teams to align campaigns with launches, retail activations, and omnichannel objectives
Support the optimization of Cure’s subscription program, developing retention strategies
Stay on top of emerging marketing technologies and AI developments, evaluating tools that improve efficiency, personalization, or performance tracking
Analyze omnichannel performance through a data-driven, incrementality lens, building dashboards and reports that connect DTC, Amazon, and Retail media performance to business outcomes. Use these insights to guide budget allocation, optimize creative and audience strategies, and surface clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Contribute to a strong test-and-learn culture, using data-driven insights to refine messaging, creative, and audience strategies over time
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing within a CPG, DTC, or agency environment
Strong command of paid social, search, affiliate, and lifecycle channels, with a proven ability to optimize toward CAC, LTV, and payback targets
Deep analytical foundation: you can look at performance data, understand attribution and incrementality, and make smart recommendations about where to allocate budget
Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate results into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Working knowledge of email, SMS, and CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and an understanding of how retention and subscription strategies fit within broader growth goals
Strong collaborator who thrives in a lean, cross-functional environment, comfortable working closely with Creative, Retail, and Brand teams to bring ideas to life
Curious and proactive learner who stays ahead of emerging tools, AI applications, and marketing technologies that improve efficiency and personalization
Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You're just as comfortable building a spreadsheet model as you are presenting findings to a team
Self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance, comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to execution and making informed decisions in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience with Amazon Ads and retail media platforms (Instacart, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.), or a strong willingness to learn
Familiarity with attribution modeling and LTV reporting on an omnichannel basis
Background in consumer products, including but not limited to CPG, beverage, or wellness categories
