Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for SAP SD–related requirements
Support and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and invoicing
Work closely with Customer Service teams to resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, returns, credits, and complaints
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and support SAP SD modules including:
Sales Orders
Pricing
Billing
Shipping & Delivery
Credit/Debit Memo Processing
Support integrations with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and WM
Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect resolution, and user training
Provide production support and troubleshooting
Participate in onsite meetings and workshops with business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD
Solid understanding of Customer Service operations within SAP
Experience in Order-to-Cash lifecycle
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
Preferred
Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is a plus
