Responsibilities

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience

Typically, 5+ years (or adjust to “7+ years” depending on seniority) of software engineering experience in full-stack development

Hands-on experience with C#/.NET (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Web API) building backend services and microservices

Strong experience with Python for service development (Flask, FastAPI, Django or equivalent)

Solid understanding of API design (RESTful, possibly GraphQL), microservices architecture, domain-driven design, event-driven systems

Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and a working knowledge of NoSQL/in-memory stores (MongoDB, Redis) for certain components

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable) and container / orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue) — while back-end dominates, you will interface with full-stack components

Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, code review, and agile/DevOps practices

Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to articulate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
