This role involves working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand Healthcare business workflows and quality processes, while defining and implementing end-to-end test strategies and ensuring compliance with testing standards.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Inspire the team to understand Healthcare business workflows, data pipelines, reporting requirements, and quality processes

Define and implement end-to-end test strategies, test plans, and test approaches covering manual, automation, database, and reporting testing

Establish and enforce testing processes, standards, best practices, and quality gates, ensuring zero gaps in test coverage, traceability, and compliance

Coordinate, guide, and review work from offshore teams while being customer-facing onsite

Exposure to test automation for data and reporting layers, including database automation, data validation frameworks, and regression automation for BI reports

Manage defects, including defect triage, root cause analysis, defect trend analysis, and implementation of preventive quality measures

Provide clear test status, quality metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations to customer leadership

Required

8–10 years of overall experience in software testing with at least 3–5 years in a Test Lead role, preferably in Healthcare or regulated domains

Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare systems and data

Ability to define and implement end-to-end test strategies, test plans, and test approaches covering manual, automation, database, and reporting testing

Demonstrated experience in establishing and enforcing testing processes, standards, best practices, and quality gates, ensuring zero gaps in test coverage, traceability, and compliance

Experience working in an onshore–offshore delivery model, with strong capability to coordinate, guide, and review work from offshore teams while being customer-facing onsite

Exposure to test automation for data and reporting layers, including database automation, data validation frameworks, and regression automation for BI reports

Strong defect management skills, including defect triage, root cause analysis, defect trend analysis, and implementation of preventive quality measures

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear test status, quality metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations to customer leadership

Preferred

Preferred to have a person with good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PHI handling, HL7, and FHIR
