As a Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of innovative commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion, preparing design reports, performing code searches, and providing construction services.

Responsibilities

Work with the project team to prepare technical drawings (Site Plans, Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Erosion Control Plans, and Stormwater Management Design) for use in permitting and construction

Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate each of the phases of the project

Provide construction services. Prepare stormwater calculations, assist in completing permits

Assist in reviewing local, county, state, and federal project codes for each project

Work with the Ware Malcomb consultants and the client's consultants to coordinate all of the various consultants to achieve a complete, coordinated set of contract documents and specifications which will be used for permit and construction
