Responsibilities

Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in managing cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, Budget Change Requests (BCR), monthly LRE, and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
Prepare financial reports reflecting Earned Value performance and staffing and should be familiar with the 10255 Raytheon EVMS Process Description, possess technical knowledge of program controls & FP&A, possess problem solving skills and have good communication skills
Work with the Business Manager to provide insight and solutions that promote flawless execution and drive compliance to EV guidelines
Be comfortable working independently and have the ability to multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently, in a challenging and deadline driven environment, as part of a small core finance team

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field & minimum 5 years of related finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and minimum 3 years of related finance experience
Experience with EVMS
Experience with SAP, RPlan, BW, APEX, PRISM or a similar system
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment, but also able to work independently with flexibility and ability to care for a wide range of work assignments
Demonstrate ability to meet critical deadlines
Ability to prioritize workload and accommodate numerous stakeholders with deep critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies/procedures
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to learning new tasks and taking on challenges with excellent attention to detail
