Entry, Mid LevelBlauch Brothers, Inc. is seeking a passionate Project Engineer to support their Construction team in driving successful project execution. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring jobsite safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support assigned Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple active jobs
Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep work progressing and issues resolved
Attend and contribute to project meetings (turnover, coordination, progress, forecasting, startup, and closeout)
Conduct jobsite visits as needed to assist with coordination, documentation, and project communication
Set up and maintain accurate project records, folders, and logs to ensure information is current and accessible
Prepare, track, and manage key project documentation (submittals, RFIs, and change orders), including creation, distribution, tracking, logging, and communication of status and responses; support execution of change orders, including subcontractor change orders
Upload, organize, and disseminate project supplements, revision packages, bulletins, meeting minutes, daily reports, and inspection documentation
Support schedule and budget tracking and assist with preparation of weekly/monthly project status updates and reporting
Track material orders, deliveries, and readiness to support field installation schedules
Issue field purchase orders as requested and help coordinate equipment/material deliveries
Verify materials and equipment align with project requirements and quality standards
Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety plans
Participate in safety meetings and assist with safety audits/inspections in collaboration with project leadership
Promote compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulatory standards
Apply for and secure required permits for assigned projects
Collect and organize closeout requirements, including IOM/O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts, and subcontractor closeout documents
Assemble and distribute closeout packages to owners/general contractors in a timely manner
Adapt quickly to changing conditions and help remove obstacles impacting project progress
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve administrative and project execution processes
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and Project Managers
Qualification
Required
Passionate and selfless attitude towards project execution
Experience in mechanical construction, specifically HVAC and plumbing
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Strong project documentation skills
Experience in procurement and logistics support
Knowledge of jobsite safety culture
Ability to serve as a liaison between field, office, subcontractors, general contractors, vendors, and design teams
Experience in project coordination across multiple active jobs
Ability to conduct jobsite visits for coordination and documentation
Experience in preparing, tracking, and managing project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Ability to support schedule and budget tracking
Experience in tracking material orders and deliveries
Ability to verify materials and equipment against project requirements
Experience in implementing and enforcing site-specific safety plans
Ability to participate in safety meetings and assist with safety audits/inspections
Experience in applying for and securing required permits
