5+ years expmagAssist is seeking an experienced Investor Relations and Financing Manager to join their dynamic team in the medical device sector. This role focuses on driving equity financing initiatives, maintaining strong investor relationships, and supporting IPO preparations to enhance the company's presence in the capital markets.

Responsibilities
Lead domestic equity financing activities, including designing financing plans, engaging with investors, organizing roadshows, and supporting transaction execution
Maintain long-term relationships with existing shareholders and potential investors, providing regular updates on company operations, performance, and strategic developments
Assist in organizing and participating in shareholder meetings, board meetings, and supervisory board meetings, including preparing materials, recording minutes, and following up on resolutions
Support the company's IPO project by coordinating with intermediaries on due diligence, material submissions, and responses to regulatory inquiries
Coordinate external information disclosure and communication efforts, manage media relations and public engagement, and uphold the company's brand image in the capital markets
Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory policies, and capital market developments to provide informed insights for strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in internal and external communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity financing, securities affairs for listed companies, or related roles; experience in the medical device industry is preferred
In-depth knowledge of domestic capital market operations, corporate governance, and information disclosure regulations
Strong financial analysis skills or legal compliance awareness, with the ability to independently draft analytical reports and public announcements
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with outstanding presentation, public speaking, and written communication abilities; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
Integrity, proactive attitude, strong team collaboration, high sense of responsibility, and strict confidentiality awareness
Preferred
Experience in industry research or financing within the medical device or biotechnology sectors
Possession of professional qualifications such as ACCA, legal professional qualification, or equivalent
Prior experience in IR departments of listed companies, private equity, or professional consulting firms
Familiarity with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes and investor research tools/methods
Background in public relations (PR) or corporate communications, with the ability to plan and execute capital market-focused communication and outreach activities
