They are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support at their San Francisco location, responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring a high level of customer service for employees.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite support to 15 employees
Deliver level 1-2 onsite technical support
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Image and upgrade devices in an O365 and Windows 10 environment
Provide face to face support to employees
Work with the Help Desk and greater Technology Team to find opportunities for process improvement
Qualification
Required
Provide onsite support at the San Francisco Location
Provide level 1-2 onsite technical support
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Imaging and upgrading devices
Experience in an O365 and Windows 10 environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Deliver a high level of customer support and training to employees at all levels of the company
Explain and resolve complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
Quick to respond to operational tasks
Find opportunities for process improvement
Work with the Help Desk and greater Technology Team to achieve goals
Possess time management skills to prioritize tasks
Work independently and remotely to accomplish tasks
Efficiently supervise vendor visits and ensure site work gets done
Identify challenges and analyze root causes
Seek to understand rationale behind current setups
Offer changes to improve where needed
Preferred
Experience in a Managed Service Provider
