Responsibilities

Analyze job failures on Datastage Application & on Unix server
Code migrations
User creation & assignment of roles
Work with IBM Support for tool related issues
Unlock jobs/sessions
Take action for failures as needed (kill, force-complete, hold etc.)
Configure SAP & Unix jobs
Calendar updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading ControlM agents
Work on Pagerduty Configurations
Understanding of Maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts
Analyze custom Java programs
Configure/debug Stored procedures on MS SQL

Qualification

Required

8+ years' experience with IBM DataStage
Good understanding of Unix servers, shell scripts, Cron jobs & Relational databases
Working experience in Python Programming
Creating and debugging shell scripts
Good understanding of snowflake platform
