Required

Current professional responsibilities involving nonprofit communications, email marketing, social media management (paid and/or organic), digital fundraising, blog or content marketing
Interest in—and ability to thoughtfully evaluate— tools used to prepare, assess, and optimize nonprofit communications
Experience in multi-channel fundraising with a solid understanding of donor engagement, digital marketing, and nonprofit operations
Knowledge of marketing strategy and its application within the nonprofit sector
Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or digital analytics tools (preferred, but not required)
