Responsibilities

Ensure all designs created by different teams aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and should be reusable, reliable, and adaptive

Act as the technical gateway between the initial designs agreed through to the delivery cycles with the project managers, business analysts, and developers

Providing insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap

Experience as a Business Architect for development and implementation projects

Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development or similar responsibility

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Predictive Intelligence, Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc

Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications

Provide presentation to senior stakeholders on the solution approaches and roadmaps

Ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes

Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support

Managing the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support

Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation

Working with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition

Working with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements

Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps

Working with customer SME's and senior leadership to ensure systems requirements are met

Fosters a customer-focused environment

Communicates effectively through presentations to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels

Required

Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a successful DOD Secret clearance is required for consideration

Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related discipline is required or ten (10) yrs work experience in similar field

Five (5) years total work experience

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications required

Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts

Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development

Knowledge of configuring ServiceNow to receive requests from the API Gateway, including the correct HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and response handling

Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Java, Javascript, Salesforce, etc. with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases

Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development using ServiceNow Agile 2.0 for user story task management
