This role involves providing end-to-end operational leadership across multiple projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and margin are delivered without compromise.

Responsibilities
Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of electrical construction projects across mission critical and commercial sectors
Oversee project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to drive performance and consistency
Maintain tight control over schedules, labor productivity, cost forecasts, and risk mitigation
Support critical milestones through hands-on leadership, extended hours, and on-site presence when required
Partner with executive leadership on strategy, resource planning, and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on background in electrical construction (this is non-negotiable)
Proven experience delivering data center and complex commercial projects from start to finish
Strong tenure history; this client values loyalty, consistency, and long-term impact
Comfortable with nationwide travel, overtime, and high-pressure delivery environments
Decisive, commercially aware, and respected by field and leadership teams alike
