Responsibilities

The overall expectations of this position are to be capable of developing construction drawings and specification for issuance to the project manager/architect for review

The Project Designer must be motivated and capable of performing all duties with minimal guidance

The Project Designer must be capable of performing construction administration and understand the applicable building code to implement into the design

It must be understood that assignments and hence supervision will differ from time to time

A successful candidate will be self-motivated with the willingness to learn, train, and continue building their architectural knowledge

Possess excellent collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment

The candidate will be trustworthy and punctual and possess leadership and communication skills

Qualification

RevitSC building codesBachelors/Master's in ArchitecturePlanningOrganizationTeam collaborationEffective communication

Required

5 to 10 years of experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant

Must be proficient in Revit

Bachelors/Master's degree in Architecture

Knowledge of SC building codes

Ability to work as part of a team

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
