Senior Corporate Recruiter

The Senior Corporate Recruiter will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, support the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Assists with job description creation, posting, and advertisement processes
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate data, tracking recruitment metrics, and optimizing workflows to support an efficient hiring process
Manage the Careers inbox and internal position communications
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
Track and analyze recruiting and People Operations metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators, to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement
Provide senior leadership with regular status updates on recruiting activities, maintain tracking dashboards, and ensure transparency on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and key People Operations metrics
Develop and manage college recruiting initiatives, including attending job fairs, building relationships with university career centers, and sourcing emerging talent for internship and entry-level roles
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in human resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience is required
3-8 years of relevant years of experience in recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Ability to manage requisition loads of 5+ consistently with fast turnaround times
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and AI-powered recruiting tools
Proficient with our internal systems (e.g., Paylocity, Bull Horn) and Office 365 Suite (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
