Concentrix is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Onsite Developer to join their team and lead Salesforce implementations. This role involves serving as the technical lead for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, delivering onsite support, and enhancing Salesforce solutions in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules

Deliver onsite Salesforce support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and system optimization

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows and Process Automation

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions

Lead and manage deployments, releases, and continuous Salesforce improvements

Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance

Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admins, QA, and business users

Required

Demonstrated lead experience in Salesforce development

Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce integrations

Experience in a production environment supporting Salesforce

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Commitment to working onsite 5 days a week in Omaha, NE

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) are preferred

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce support settings
