Responsibilities
Design and develop a planning/S&OP function, along with responsibilities over procurement and logistics
Redesign logistics/fulfillment, rationalize 3PLs, and drive efficiency
Partner with manufacturing (in-house + co-manufacturers) to ensure continuity and cost optimization
Build data-driven processes, optimize ERP, and support new product introductions
Act as a cultural bridge — mentor employees while modernizing the function
Qualification
Required
10+ years in progressive supply chain leadership (procurement, planning, logistics)
Strong leadership and emotional intelligence; skilled at inspiring and coaching teams
Must be open to relocation to Indianapolis (support provided)
Preferred
CPG, consumer products, or fast moving goods/manufacturing experience preferred
A builder: proven ability to design and implement processes in high-growth environments
