Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to enhance performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across the entire supply chain network

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence

Manage inventory levels and lead demand planning/forecasting processes to balance cost and product availability while optimizing inventory turns

Oversee warehousing, distribution, and transportation, identifying optimal routes and methods to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance supply chain efficiency, manage budgets effectively, and establish robust standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Implement and leverage supply chain management software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Infor), and data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions

Partner closely with other senior leaders across departments including Sales, Sourcing, Finance, Manufacturing, and IT to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership or executive role within a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, retail, aerospace, etc.)

Proven track record of successfully leading large, globally distributed teams and driving organizational change

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience using data and metrics to optimize performance

Expertise in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and high-level negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
