Responsibilities
Serve as product manager for Allvue Portfolio Management System, driving new implementations, platform adoption, and continuous enhancements to the platform
Engage with stakeholders across all functions (PMs, Deal Teams, IR, Operations, Treasury, Fund Control, etc.) to identify, analyze, and prioritize technology needs
Establish a roadmap and take full ownership of the delivery for all new and existing capabilities within the Allvue platform
Develop clear and actionable documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flow diagrams
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee the overall quality assurance process
Support scrum activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
Stay informed about portfolio management and private credit industry trends to identify process and platform improvements
Qualification
Required
Act as the lead for Allvue Portfolio Management System implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancements
Gather, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders across the firm
Develop and deliver on Portfolio Management product roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way
Ensure technology deliverables meet business needs, emphasizing quality, testing, and stakeholder satisfaction

Candidate will need the ability to work closely with teams across different functions and must be able to work in what will be a respectful but often highly pressurized environment
Strong understanding of private credit, portfolio management, or asset management workflows
Ability to track and manage timelines and deliverables effectively and efficiently
Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to technology quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
5+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, business analyst, or related role within credit asset management or broader financial services
Direct experience with Allvue Portfolio Management System
Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Platform Integration, VPM Accounting, and Cloud Data Warehouse experience is highly desired
