Develop and activate insights-driven customer engagement strategy to drive acquisition and retention, partner cross-functionally to execute

Develop processes to ensure the voice of the customer is represented in key strategic decisions to enhance the customer journey

Required

Experience navigating a matrixed organization and building consensus across diverse internal stakeholders while building strong cross-functional relationships grounded in trust and shared vision

Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) and experience with visual storytelling; a sense of creativity and eye for design highly desirable

A customer-first, service-oriented mindset, combined with a passion for innovating the customer experience across all channels and platforms
