Lead/StaffSmart IT Frame LLC is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer for a contract role. This position involves overseeing all technical aspects of the development team, making architectural decisions, and troubleshooting technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
This role involves the oversight of all technical aspects of the dev team
This includes making architectural and design decisions guiding the team in technical matters and supervising system modifications
There is an 80 focus on the Ecosystem troubleshooting technical issues involving Dev engineering tasks and product releases
The other 20 will be dedicated to triaging and resolving incidents requiring a quick turnaround in Prod MINCs P1
Review and propose technical recommendations provide general oversight including upgrades for special projects
Identify technical design risks
Work with HBS IT PM to assess LOE for solutions
Document detailed technical solutions
Challenge current business processes to ensure alignment and scalability of Salesforce
Define a sequence of associated technical tasks
Own lead technical reviews and perform code reviews of technical deliverables
Oversee maintain complete technical documentation
Serve as a liaison between Dev team and business stakeholders as the owner of the technical solution
Lead Copado QA and adhoc support during deployments in any sandbox or Prod org
Prep execute data loads and mass data updates leveraging Data Loader as needed for Prod deployment
Collaborate with Functional Lead to develop and align on technical feasibility of proposed solutions
Ensure high quality deliverables that align with Salesforce best practices
