Responsibilities
Analyse end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Implement lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and JIT
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from concept to delivery
Deliver lean training and coaching across all levels of the organisation
Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and improvement impact
Drive waste reduction across inventory, motion, waiting time and rework
Develop standardised work instructions to improve consistency and quality
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality and supply chain
Support supplier-side lean initiatives
Produce clear reporting for senior leadership on progress and outcomes
Ensure all improvements align with aerospace safety and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' experience in lean, continuous improvement, operations or process improvement
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business or similar
Proven hands-on experience delivering measurable improvement initiatives
Confident working with data, metrics and performance dashboards
Results-driven, action-oriented mindset
Strong communicator able to influence at all organisational levels
Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments
Pragmatic problem-solver who sees projects through to completion
Team-focused and collaborative approach
Preferred
Aerospace, MRO or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Lean Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / Project Management certification preferred
