Manager, Solutions Center

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Solutions Center Manager who will lead the sales support team to achieve defined sales goals. This role involves overseeing customer service interactions, managing team performance, and collaborating with sales groups to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team with the location
Assists in servicing customers through familiarity and knowledge of products
Ensures customer service is a focal point of every interaction
Hires, builds, trains, and evaluates the team, as well as driving accountability
Works closely with the outside sales group to develop and grow the business
Works with other managers to share knowledge, identify best practices, and cultivate opportunities to grow
Analyzes inventory for opportunities to increase turns and grow sales
Prioritizes tasks, coordinates workflow, and shifts resources as necessary to support customers
Identifies training needs of the team and coordinate as necessary
Sets goals and tracks measures across the team
Maintains audit and inventory performance at location
Monitors and identifies opportunities to improve financial performance
Implements and ensures all safety guidelines are followed
Maintains key relationships with other internal managers
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to train and effectively build a team
Meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Mechanical/technical aptitude
Exemplary work ethic and decision-making ability
Maintains key relationships with other internal managers

Preferred

Industrial sales experience a plus
Knowledge of different hoses and thread configurations a plus
Epicore P21 experience
Basic hydraulic knowledge a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
