Project Coordinator

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project-related documents, maintain customer information, and support various administrative tasks within a construction environment.

Responsibilities
File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate
Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person
Lead and track the Departments AP and AR
Manage various project related documents
Track and report inventory allocation
Maintain employee paperwork
Other duties as required/assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative/project type of role
Construction Environment considered a strong asset
Invoicing experience
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
