Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Procure-to-Pay processes including sourcing, contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
Design, configure, and maintain SAP plants, including production plants, warehouses, and distribution centers
Configure and manage workflow approvals using Flexible Workflows and/or SAP Build Process Automation
Configure and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
Ensure seamless integration between Procurement and Finance (FI/AP)
Support invoice processing and payment execution, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers
Manage and support master data for Materials, Vendors, and Customers in SAP S/4HANA
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional designs, and deliver solutions
Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support
Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP Procure-to-Pay processes
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP plant creation and configuration, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers
2+ years of experience with Flexible Workflows and/or SAP Build Process Automation
2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Strong functional knowledge of Direct and Indirect Sourcing
Strong functional knowledge of Contract Management
Strong functional knowledge of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order Management
Strong functional knowledge of Invoice Processing and Payment Processing
Solid understanding of invoice data exchange and integrations
Strong integration knowledge between MM, P2P, and Finance (FI/AP)
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA master data (Material, Vendor, and Customer)
Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working in complex, multi-plant or global SAP landscapes
Exposure to compliance, audit, and internal controls within P2P processes
Prior experience in long-term support or transformation programs
