Responsibilities
Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests
Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability
Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service
Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner
Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates
Qualification
Required
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise work
A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
High school diploma or GED
