Lead efforts related to client Health outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts

Lead weekly check-ins in partnership with the Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitoring payments and tracking action items

Responsible for process improvement, understanding various tools and systems and outlining core pain points impacting the Customer base

Lead workstreams and Customer conversations to address root cause issues and end to end process flow to ensure invoices are addressed and Customer experience is improved
