Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical execution of one or more spacecraft programs
Lead multidisciplinary teams while staying hands-on in critical technical areas
Drive technical rigor without losing speed or business focus
Identify and eliminate risks before they become program threats
Deliver fully qualified, flight-ready vehicles
Communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and customers
Fill skill gaps and raise the technical bar across the program
Ensure mission success - no excuses

Qualification

Required

BS in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or similar
10–15 years of spacecraft development or operations experience
Proven ownership of complex, high-stakes technical programs
Deep knowledge across multiple spacecraft disciplines
Experience with ground support systems and full mission lifecycle
Clear communicator, decisive leader, calm under pressure

Preferred

Commercial, NASA, and/or DoD program experience
Full lifecycle ownership of spacecraft subsystems
Strong fundamentals in FDIR and fault-tolerant architectures
