Inside Sales Account Manager
Global Electronic Services is seeking a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their high-energy sales team. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to manufacturers and distributors, managing inbound leads, and developing strong customer relationships while meeting sales quotas.
Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to manufacturers and distributors
Manage and promptly follow up on a high volume of inbound leads
Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong customer relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong phone sales experience with a proven closing ability
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
Preferred
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus
