Epic Research Associate Analyst - Associate Product Services & Management Analyst

Responsibilities
Assists in the analysis, verification, tracking and development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of project access which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle
Helps in ensuring processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements
Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues
Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation
Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes
Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
0-1 years of relevant experience, required
Preferred
IT knowledge, Experience with coding
Medical care experience is desirable but not required
Good presentation and writing skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
