Responsibilities

Build Integrations: Design and create integrations using OIC and Oracle SOA Fusion. These will connect various systems, like apps, databases, and third-party services
Fix Issues: Be the go-to person for all production problems. You'll need to find the root cause of issues ( RCA ) and fix them quickly
Help Clients: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates. You'll handle any technical escalations and report on the status of projects
Provide Support: You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our integrations, from development to production support
Report & Document: Keep detailed records of your work, including design documents, incident reports, and technical documentation

Required

12+ years of experience in IT with a focus on integrations
Solid hands-on experience with OIC for development and support
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion SOA Suite
Proven ability to debug and fix issues in a live production environment
Excellent skills in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and reporting
Client-facing experience and great communication skills
Good understanding of how infrastructure works
Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and data formats like XML and JSON
