Manager, Electric Transmission Asset Implementation - Location Flexible

Responsibilities
Develops and implements capital projects for the electric transmission portfolio including asset health, reliability, capacity and other projects
Supports scoping and development of short and long-term-strategy project proposals for transmission and infrastructure
Manages staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition
Manages Supervisors and or Professional employees
Oversees the engineers tasked with creating plans for specific assets
Ensures documents are completed and updated
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
8 years of engineering experience, including experience with cycle time planning of assets and strategy related to infrastructure asset development
Preferred
Master's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
PE-Professional Engineer license
