Responsibilities
Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
Utilize precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)
Record inspection data and maintain accurate documentation
Identify and document nonconforming material and support corrective action efforts
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams
Support internal and external audits
Follow all quality and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using inspection tools and measurement techniques
Computer proficiency (Microsoft applications, quality databases)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred
technical training
1–2 years of inspection experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 systems a plus
