Responsibilities
Represent clients or agencies in OATH hearings (in person and remotely)
Prepare cases by researching applicable laws and reviewing evidence
Draft motions, responses, appeals, settlement proposals, and related legal documents
Participate in pre-hearing conferences and settlement negotiations
Manage a high-volume caseload and ensure timely filings and appearances
Track case status and communicate key developments
Qualification
Required
Active admission and good standing with the New York State Bar
Experience with administrative hearings or litigation (OATH experience preferred)
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
