Responsibilities

Manage diverse workflows effectively
Handle member applications and incoming documents promptly
Process member payments efficiently and accurately
Convert electronic communications into member files
Process updates to member policies
Achieve monthly team production and accuracy goals consistently
Support other departments with data entry and various projects as needed
