The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of campaign execution in Marketo, collaborating with global teams to deliver impactful demand generation programs and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end digital campaign execution in Marketo, including build, QA, launch, and reporting
Create and optimize emails and landing pages using Marketo and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
Develop audience segments and targeting strategies to support global demand-generation programs
Perform A/B testing, monitor performance metrics, and implement data-driven campaign optimizations
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and compliance with privacy and opt-in regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and vendors to deliver localized, high-impact campaigns
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Marketo experience driving campaign design, automation workflows, execution, and measurable reporting
Proven experience creating, deploying, and optimizing digital campaigns with A/B testing and performance analysis
Strong HTML/CSS email design skills with understanding of email client compatibility and rendering
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) for email and asset design
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing attribution/tracking
Solid understanding of email regulations, privacy laws, QA processes, and best-practice compliance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
