Coordinates timely execution of essential Business Risk operational processes including, but not limited to, business continuity planning, exam management and records retention
Responsible for developing and executing risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, manage and report key operational, compliance and other risk types within the Business Risk area
Participates in the monitoring of risk and control environment and helps identifies solutions to improve control effectiveness
Qualification
Required
5+ years in risk and controls
Business Process Mapping
Previous banking experience with risk and controls, RCSAs, and change management
Preferred
Lean six sigma / process improvement experience a plus
