Responsibilities

Oversees the programs that attract and retain the highest caliber employees
Serves as a consultant and liaison to management on compensation related issues and requested analysis
Provides support to the organization (employee and management) related to Performance Management, Job Description, organizational charts, 401k plan among others
Contributes to the development and implementation of the compensation programs and initiatives, including HRIS implications
Supervise the Compensation Analyst and the HR Benefits Coordinator
Responsible for working in conjunction with the VP of HR Services, Rewards and Wellness on all aspects of the executive compensation programs
Oversee the full compliance with ERISA requirements for all 401K plans for each of the subsidiaries
Assists with supporting research to help determine FLSA exemption status to ensure compliance with legal regulations on a federal as well as statutory level
Assists with supporting Compensation projects, such as system updates to ensure accurately reflect employee data, which may include testing and maintenance phases
Coached Management in the design of the new structure and department evolutions, due to restructuring or changes in areas responsibilities; related to compensation, items such as job leveling and salary
Administer the Compensation Program
Analysis the market salary surveys, to determine the Company market competitiveness, and make the appropriate strategy to management
Develop and maintain a company's pay structure. Offer recommendations as needed
Analyzed salary structure and recommend changes accordingly
Responsible for the administration of the Solium repository database
Market analysis to suggest next year’s salary review budget to management. Submission of recommendations via company master file
Research salary discrepancy and recommend resolutions or justification
Owner the annual salary review process starting from the Performance Management review till the annual merit delivery
Evaluates new jobs descriptions and recommend job classification, level and salary
Assist in the analysis of company bargain proposal, such as analysis data and preparing reports
Facilitate ongoing communication with Management regarding changes in his/ her area of responsibility related to compensation item
Perform ad hoc analysis of job evaluation, level as requested
Update information in the HRIS, related compensation changes
Owner of Job Description Process to ensure consistent across company
Support management to define job level and look for families of jobs relations
Liaison with payroll regarding employee promotion or special payments
Support recruitment area in the analyses of new job offer to be extended
Advice Management and recommended salary adjustment needed
Support other compensation elements such as Special Bonuses, STI and LTI
First line of contact with third party survey provider
Orientation to employees/ management regarding the company compensation programs
Responsible to adhere and ensure internal controls are followed such as SOX
Lead other employees in the compensation department related to technical aspect
Responsible for communication related to compensation
